Delivery Information

Free UK standard delivery on all orders over £35

UK mainland Standard Delivery orders (£3.95) are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and are usually delivered within 2-5 days of receipt. All orders over £35 are carriage free using this option.

Special Next Delivery is available (£5.95) on orders placed before 2pm, subject to availability and excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery is scheduled before 1pm the next day.

International Delivery is charged according to the weight of your order and the destination. It is calculated at the checkout. Please allow 5 working days for delivery to countries in the European Union, USA & Canada and upto 10 working days for all other destinations. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For service, depending on destination country.(Orders from outside the UK & European Union are VAT free. Please note, that the VAT charge will be deducted from these orders at the checkout.)

A signature is required on delivery of all orders. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your order at the delivery address.

Overseas Orders are sent by recorded Royal Mail Airsure Service. Delivery times will vary between 3 days and 15 days, depending on the destination country.

Returns

Your total satisfaction is our aim If the product you receive is not suitable or faulty, return it within 7 days for a refund. Unsuitable goods must be returned in their original packaging and unopened to qualify for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note that postage costs are not refunded on goods returned that are unsuitable or wrongly ordered. Returned goods should be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service.
